Vegan Smoothie Recipe | Almond Coconut Blueberry

Today, I was in the mood for a smoothie, so I made one.

Smoothies are one of my favorite foods, I actually once lived off of them for an entire month. I was in a heart-break depression where food just wasn’t on my list of things to do and I had to survive, so smoothies got me through the heart ache. I guess they are good for your heart and your weight!

Anyway, here are the ingredients in this smoothie:

  • Almond Milk (Unsweetened Vanilla)
  • Frozen Coconut Chunks
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • One Banana
  • Pea Protein Powder
  • Almond Butter

It was really delicious and hit the spot! I would suggest blending the coconut chunks well because it leaves a lingering residue in your mouth. If you are into slightly chewing your smoothie, then don’t blend as much.
