Trusting God provides Peace, Strength, and Courage.

Updated: Jul 3, 2018

When I think of what it was like to live a life without whole-heartedly trusting in God's plan for my life, it was always disappointing. Every time I decided how my life was going to go, He went ahead and made it something different than what I had planned. God always gave me a life better than the life I was asking for myself, and I didn't always see it that way. I used to feel bad for myself and complain that nothing ever went my way. Then I realized that it wasn't going 'my' way because it was going His way. And when I surrender to His way, I will always get 'my' way, because my way is His way. Are you picking up what I'm putting down?

Baptism on the Beach in the Ocean

In 2013, I got baptized and publicly proclaimed Jesus Christ as my savior. This moment was so special to me and I have felt strong enough to handle all of life's . turbulence with my new relationship with God ever since.

Note:

Trusting in God's plan for our lives naturally gives us peace because we know that His plan is unfolding and bringing us where He wants us to be.

Trusting in the Darkness

  1. There will always be an obstacle in front of you. How will you face it? Will you trust God to get you through it?

Lay your fears, worries, and doubts in the hands of God and smile through the storm because He said He would see us on the other side. Spoiler Alert: You will survive! So don't waste precious time worrying about the obstacles when you can spend that time praising God for those obstacles and get excited to see the miracles that will be performed.

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own" - Matthew 6:34
